Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable; however, you can call us and we will do our best to accommodate your request 01702 462401.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

If you have chosen 2nd Class Recorded Mail or Free Delivery, please call us and we will give you the Royal Mail tracking number.

If you have chosen courier and entered your email address TNT will send you a tracking number, once we have booked your item on with them.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you have received your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance on 01702 462401 or email info@sksigns.co.uk.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my back order arrive?
  Back ordered items are those where our raw material suppliers are out of stock on materials, which in turn means we are unable to manufacture your signs / labels. We will notify you immediately on the rare occasion that this does happen. We will also update you with any changes as soon as we hear anything and also give you the opportunity for alternative products or a refund.
