Delivery on UK Orders
Orders over £50.00 exclusive of VAT are eligible for Free Delivery, which will generally take 3-4 days from despatch.
Should your order be less than £50.00, or if you need the goods more quickly please select one of the other delivery options available.
All orders over £50.00 can be dispatched by courier for Next Day* Delivery once ready @ £9.95.
You may also collect your goods from our Southend premises.
( Please contact us if you would like an alternative delivery method and we will try to accommodate your request).
* SK Signs cannot accept responsibility for late delivery caused by the courier company. We endeavor to use a reliable courier service, but occasionally goods do arrive later than planned due to unexpected circumstances.
Orders from EuropePlease contact us before completing an order from outside of the UK.
You may return goods that have arrived damaged or if the wrong item has been sent within 7 days for a refund or replacement . If goods have arrived damaged please notify us within three days. Please keep all packaging materials and return the goods & packaging, so we can prove damage in transit to our courier company.
We will not refund any order if the reason for the return is that you made a mistake or have changed your mind about the order.
(All goods are made to order, inclusive of regulatory signs, allowing you the opportunity to alter signs to suit your exact requirements).
IMPORTANT NOTE If you are unable to check your goods on delivery please indicate on the paperwork, when signing, that you are accepting the goods “unexamined”. We cannot replace goods damaged in transit without this.

NB: When a confirmation of the order is sent, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect ourselves in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable or offer a full refund.
