We aim to despatch your goods as soon as possible; exact time will depend on items being in stock and the particuar item/s you have ordered.
There will generally be an indication on time with the product i.e. Brass plates will be 5-7 working days due to the work involved and drying times involved, whereas Laser Engraving, Digital Printing and Vinyl based work we will endeavour to despatch within 1 -2 working days. Should the item you require not be in stock, we will contact you to advise of any delay and offer alternatives if applicable or offer you a refund if we cannot meet your deadline.

Small Parcel Delivery orders under £50.00 are despatched once ready for Next Day Delivery @ £7.50. All orders over £50.00 will automatically be despatched by courier @ £12.50, as these orders are generally heavier. You may also collect your goods from our Southend premises.

All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT at 20%.

We apologise for removing the option of Recorded Delivery, unfortuantely the Royal Mail have increased there collection fee by 59% in two years, and it is now no longer a viable option to have our mail collected, which allowed us to offer Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery.
