Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Currently we only accept online orders from within the United Kingdom, as carriage cannot be automatically calculated for Europe. However, if you wish to order from Europe please email through your enquiry and we will calculate costs to have your goods delivered and arrange payment offline should you wish to proceed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron via a secure PayPal interface; You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment, just enter your card details instead when prompted on the secure PayPal site.If you are uneasy using the PayPal interface you can telephone your credit card information to us, we will need to ask some security questions to authenticate you for security purposes.
UK Carriage and Handling Costs Orders under £15.00 have the option to select 2nd class recorded parcel service for £3.50, although you can upgrade this for Next Day delievry if required. On other purchases, we will arrange to have your goods despatched for Next Day Delivery on smaller parcels, up to the value of £50 for a cost of £7.50. Larger parcels & orders over £50 wil be sent via courier at a cost of £12.00. Goods may also be collected from our Southend premises.
* Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge and you will need to contact us as default delivery will always be Next Working Day i.e. Monday to Friday.
Delivery Schedule We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days from date of payment received subject to stock availability and size of order, (Metal engraving, pavement and road signs can take up to 7 days). We will contact you if there are any delays which will affect your order. If you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do all we can to assist.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted in these instances to give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All UK orders are exclusive of V.A.T at 20%, this will be added at checkout.
(EU customers will need to provide their VAT number to have thier orders as excluded from VAT, this is to comply with UK legislation).
Credit Card SecurityWhen entering your card details for payment you will be redirected to PayPal who will securely process your transaction. Your card details are held securely until the payment is authorised with your bank. Our website is Level 1 PCI Compliant to protect your data at all times.
Returns PolicyYou may return goods that have arrived damaged or if the wrong item has been sent within 7 days for a refund or replacement . If goods have arrived damaged please notify us within three days. Please keep all packaging materials and return the goods & packaging, so we can prove damage in transit.
We will not refund any order if the reason for the return is that you made a mistake or have changed your mind about the order .
IMPORTANT NOTE If you are unable to check your goods on delivery please indicate on the paperwork, when signing, that you are accepting the goods “unexamined”. We cannot replace goods damaged in transit without this.

NB: When a confirmation of the order is sent, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect ourselves in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable or offer a full refund.
