Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. Currently we only accept orders from within the United Kingdom .

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron via PayPal; You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When a confirmation of the order is sent, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Carriage and Handling Costs All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail recorded delivery up to the value of £30 (unless you specify courier) or by next day courier for orders over £30. Please note goods are not insured with recorded delivery.

* Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge and you will need to contact us as default delivery will always be Next Working Day i.e. Monday to Friday.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 to 7 working days from date of payment received subject to stock availability and size of order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All orders are + V.A.T at 17.5%.

Credit Card Security When entering your card details for payment you will be redirected to PayPal who will securely process your transaction. Your card details are held securely until the payment is authorised with you bank.

Returns Policy You may return goods that have arrived damaged or if the wrong item has been sent within 7 days  for a refund or replacement . If goods have arrived damaged please notify us within three days. Please keep all packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. 

We will not refund any order if the reason for the return is that you made a mistake or have changed your mind about the order .

IMPORTANT NOTE
If you are unable to check your goods on delivery please indicate on the paperwork, when signing, that you are accepting the goods “unexamined”.  We cannot replace goods damaged in transit without this.

Should you choose to register with us, we will keep your data on our system for internal use and to occasionally send you information of new products, promotions or services that may be interest you.
